Job Description

Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor for our Dorchester location!

The Clinical Supervisor will serve as the primary therapist and contact for our in-home clients and will assist in the daily oversight and operations of the outpatient, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans.

HYBRID position! Mostly remote work with the ability to travel to our Dorchester and/or Fall River office locations as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist) - REQUIRED
Two years minimum experience working with children, youth, and families providing direct treatment services
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
Experience in quality management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Ability to travel to Dorchester and/or Fall River office locations
