Shift Maintenance Technician

€46,700 plus €10,500 Shift allowance

Based within workshop, this role requires a proactive approach to diagnostics, repairs, and continuous improvement of equipment performance.

You will play a key role in maintaining, servicing, and repairing a range of equipment and for third parties. You will ensure high-quality maintenance support while delivering exceptional customer service through your technical expertise and professional interactions.

Key Skills Essential

1. The suitable candidate must have NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
2. Proven skills in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems. The ability to read wiring diagrams and experience in fault-finding and diagnostics of PLC and CANBUS systems.
3. Customer Focus: Ability to deliver exceptional service through clear communication, detailed reporting, and a problem-solving mindset.
4. Safety Commitment: Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
5. Proactive Attitude: A self-driven approach to tackling challenges and continuously improving your skills.

1. Competitive Compensation: €46,700 plus €10,500 Shift allowance, shifts: day and night.
