M&E Contracts Manager

Ridgeway & Co have partnered with a leading M&E Contractor, who are currently seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to oversee multiple large-scale commercial projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier firm delivering M&E packages in excess of £20M across high-profile developments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the delivery of 2-3 major M&E projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
2. Lead project teams, site managers, and engineers, ensuring smooth coordination across all project phases.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
4. Take full commercial responsibility, including budget management, procurement, and cost control.
5. Ensure health & safety compliance and quality assurance across all project sites.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an M&E Contracts Manager within a Tier 1 M&E Contractor.
2. A track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale commercial projects.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services and project delivery processes.
4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to drive programme schedules, budgets, and resource planning effectively.
6. Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

1. Up to £110,000 + package (depending on experience).
