Electrical Shift Engineer
Location: Crawley
Salary: Up to £48,000
Shifts: Rotating shift pattern (4 on 4 off, days & nights)
Job Type: Permanent


PRS are looking for a skilled Building Services Electrical Shift Engineer to join a well-established team at a static commercial site in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work in a stable, long-term role with a competitive salary.


Electrical Shift Engineer Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
  2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to ensure the smooth operation of the site
  3. Work on lighting, power distribution, emergency systems, and other building services
  4. Conduct minor installations and electrical upgrades as required
  5. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
  6. Assist with general building maintenance when required

Electrical Shift Engineer Requirements:
  1. Qualified Electrician (e.g. 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  2. Experience in building services maintenance within a commercial environment
  3. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern (4 on 4 off days & nights)
