Join a highly established boutique and highly renowned Building Surveyor Consultancy specialising in Commercial and Residential work with a massive line of projects. Your role as Building Surveyor is designed to perform 1-2 condition Surveys per day in a relaxed and well structured environment.

Your Role As Building Surveyor Will Include:

* Perform 1-2 Condition Surveys per day on your own time. * Occasional Valuation work * Experience of defect analysis, undertaking building surveys and producing professional reports and specifications - can be in office or hybrid. * Understand the principles of quality, safety and the environment within projects

The Successful Building Surveyor Will Have: * BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar. * Ability to demonstrate good all-round surveying experience and be client facing * Full UK Drivers Licence / Willing to travel in and around Darlington
