A project and building consultancy with a national presence is seeking a Building Surveyor, ideally MRICS/Chartered, as they look to strengthen their London office.
The successful Building Surveyor will play a valuable role in the London office, bridging the gap between the Graduate Building Surveyors and the Partners - taking on a nice middle-management role.
Alongside supporting the Partners with managing and mentoring the Graduates, the new Building Surveyor will also work across commercial and private sector projects, carrying out typical Building Surveying services as well as some Project Management.
There is also the chance to do some Fund Monitoring work.
This role would suit a newly qualified, MRICS Building Surveyor or a Senior Building Surveyor with strong private sector experience.
