A hugely respected construction Building Consultancy are now looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their North London team.

Known for being an award-winning and employee first Building Consultancy they are now looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Enfield office.

The Senior Building Surveyor will work across high end Commercial, heritage and Residential sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking a determined Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The Senior Building Surveyor will be working in multiple sectors including High End Residential, Commercial and Heritage.

If you are confident with both Project Management / CA and Professional services, you as the Senior Building Surveyor will thrive.

Key Requirements:

• BSc / MSc in Building Surveying or Real Estate
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• RICS accredited or working towards chartership is a plus
