Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a talented Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our dynamic and growing Building Consultancy team in London. We are seeking a commercially aware, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. This is a client-facing role, so a proactive, service-driven approach is essential. The ideal candidate will be:

1. MRICS-qualified (or equivalent) with a background in Building Surveying.
2. Methodical, diligent, and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
3. Experienced in handling a range of commercial consultancy services.

You will be involved in delivering a variety of core Building Surveying services, including:

1. Dilapidations
2. Technical Due Diligence
3. Contract Administration
4. Planned Preventative Maintenance

Preferred (but not essential) experience in:

1. Construction/Development Monitoring
2. Reinstatement Cost Assessments
3. Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters
