12-month FTC

Based: London

A high-growth FMCG business is looking to hire an Interim Financial Controller on a 12-month FTC basis to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be primarily responsible for all aspects of financial management, reporting, and compliance.

The Interim Financial Controller role will include overseeing all aspects of the financial operations, including AP/AR, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. You will lead the preparation of annual accounts and manage the audit process, as well as the preparation and submission of various tax returns. You will oversee the management of cash flow and currency, as well as managing forward foreign exchange contracts to optimize financial positions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and provide leadership to your own team and direct reports. You will have significant experience with systems such as NetSuite, ensuring that systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CAANZ) or equivalent, with significant experience within the industry while using Netsuite. You must be immediately available for this role.
