Internal functions such as real estate, finance, IT, legal, HR and organisational development support these operations to ensure efficiency and consistency across its companies.

The group also owns real estate entities managing property assets tied to its operations and an independent Esperança Foundation focusing on charitable initiatives.

To provide legal advice within strategic and operational matters for the 247 group and its owner, ensuring compliance with legal requirements in Spain and other countries where we operate.

• Participate in business development, negotiations and legal aspects on operational matters including litigation, expansion and new business ideas.
• Take overall responsibility for legal documentation and contracts (members, suppliers, rental agreements, employees, etc.).
• Execute directives on group restructuring, the founding of companies and other group legal affairs.
• Identify and minimise legal risks and exposure for 247 Group companies and its owner.
• Secure loan agreements and other inter‑company transactions.
• Lead legal‑specific projects and participate in development projects such as concept or business development projects or construction undertakings.
• Provide financial analysis, investment valuation and business case modelling.
• Act as a reliable sparring partner for the owner in commercial, tax and legal matters, including private matters.
• Represent 247 Group and the owner in relevant official contexts – contacts with authorities, suppliers, etc.
• Serve as an active point of contact for other departments within the group on legal matters.

Office based at TENNS – Oasis Business Center, Golden Mile, Marbella.

Travel about 2‑4 times per year.

Compensation package on market terms, including free membership at THE I/O and morning yoga on Thursdays.

The position will be based at the 247 Group headquarters in Marbella, Spain, reporting to the Head of Concept/Office Manager and indirectly to owner Mr. Christian Ask.
