Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter with a solid track record of success in sourcing, screening, and placing exceptional talent. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with previous recruitment experience who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Strong communication, people skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Candidate Coordinators and hiring managers to define recruitment needs and job requirements.
2. Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to determine applicant profiles.
3. Use job boards and direct search strategies to attract top candidates.
4. Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and assess their suitability.
5. Organize and coordinate interviews, including scheduling and logistical arrangements.
6. Manage interview feedback and facilitate external assessments as needed.
7. Prepare regular updates and status reports on job searches for hiring managers.
8. Maintain ATS dashboards and track key recruitment metrics (KPIs).
9. Design, implement, and oversee HR recruitment processes.
10. Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
11. Support internal talent assessment and development as part of the broader talent management process.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in an international setting.
2. Expertise in direct search methods and recruiting through platforms like LinkedIn.
3. Fluency in English (knowledge of a second language is a plus).
4. Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in sourcing tools, data management, and ATS systems (experience with Teamtailor is preferred).
6. Solid planning and organizational skills.
7. Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
8. Experience in employer branding strategy development is an advantage.
