Dr.Reddy's is seeking dynamic Medical Sales Representatives - Biosimilars who will be responsible for promoting biosimilar products to physicians within the fields of Rheumatology and Traumatology. This role requires a deep understanding of biosimilar products, their benefits, and their applications in treating rheumatic and traumatic conditions. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with the specialists in the target area, ensuring they are well-informed about the latest advancements and benefits of biosimilar products and be aware of the specificities of the products in Dr Reddy’s portfolio.

Incumbents will preferably be based in Barcelona / Bilbao / Sevilla / Malaga / Granada and / Madrid area to cover territories around the region.

1. Promote biosimilar products to rheumatologists, traumatologists, and other physicians in the target.
2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to the physicians.

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in scope.
2. Provide ongoing support and information to the physicians in scope regarding biosimilar products.
3. Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops.

1. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the fields of Rheumatology and Traumatology.
2. Provide regular reports on promotion activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.

1. Educate physicians on the benefits and proper use of biosimilar products.
2. Provide scientific and technical information to support the safe and effective use of biosimilars.
3. Assist in the development of educational materials and programs for physicians.

1. Ensure all activities comply with local, national, and international regulations and company policies.
2. Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Education : Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., PhD) is a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the fields of Rheumatology and Traumatology.
