As a Field Sales Team Leader, you will work closely with the Sales Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating the work of your team, ensuring the achievement of individual and city KPIs and driving performance, delivering innovation and improvement. You will also manage your own client portfolio. (You must live in the city to attend client meetings and support the team).

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

• Experience in sales, cold door or similar roles.
• Customer focus and excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation and speaking skills.
• You are organised and responsible, enabling you to meet the targets set for yourself and the team.
• Positive and proactive attitude, commitment and ownership of your work. Promote teamwork.
• Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce or similar.
• Experience in the beauty or technology sector is an asset.
• Knowledge of English, as it is the official language of our company and is used for all internal communications.
• Fluency in Spanish, as you will be working locally and managing a local team.
