Your Main Responsibilities:

Common accountabilities:

1. Proficient in technical knowledge to ensure team performs at a high level. Is recognized as a leader in own area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists.
2. Understands how main business drivers may impact on own area. Can assess complex problems with broad impact on the activity, improve processes, recommend solutions and risk mitigation plans. Able to communicate complex information.
3. Works with a high level of autonomy, based on management directions. Leads projects or contributes to broad cross-functional projects. May contribute to planning of resources and budget.

Specific accountabilities:

- Solve complex business problems by employing signal processing, machine learning, statistical learning, pattern recognition and high performance computing techniques:

1. Collect and manage large data sets to perform complex data analysis.
2. Transform data into insights to identify & quantify business opportunities.
3. Communicate and translate complicated results & their implications to business stakeholders.

- Build a service offering consulting and custom solutions:

1. Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques.
2. Identify data sources, both internal and external to Amadeus, and transform them into actionable insights that support fact-based decision making.

- Generate innovative solutions:

1. Actively participate in a community of practice for data scientists.
2. Have the capacity to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
