Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Caboo Products. This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, who is passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a growing company. In this role, you will play a pivotal role on our small marketing team, supporting various marketing initiatives with an emphasis on shopper marketing and eCommerce.
Role Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, print, IRL).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and external agencies, to ensure campaign success.
- Assist in executing shopper marketing activations and advertising, including digital eCommerce campaigns (i.e. Instacart), point-of-sale materials, coupons, and in-store promotions.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Support the day-to-day management of DTC, eCommerce, and digital shopper marketing channels.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all digital channels.
- Assist in managing Caboo’s online presence, including website updates and SEO optimization.
Creative Materials Development
- Assist in conceptualizing and briefing designers to execute creative materials.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, swag, and more.
- Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines.
- Manage and update content on the company’s website and eCommerce platforms.
- Support collaboration with the sales team by maintaining sales materials and toolkits.
Marketing Administrative Support
- Assist the marketing team with project coordination, ensuring tasks are recorded and timelines are adhered to.
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, in-store demos, and other promotional events.
- Manage marketing timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Handle invoices and budget tracking for marketing activities.
- Maintain organized records of marketing collateral, contracts, and assets.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing or a related field.
- Passionate about Caboo’s mission to ensure the future is forested for the health of people and the planet.
- 1-3 years of experience within the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience executing shopper marketing programs.
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and program execution; ability to track and analyze data to inform strategy.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
