Hours of work/week: Full time 30~40 hours/week
Compensation: $19/hr
Position Requirements:
- Completion of college cooking/culinary arts program OR Minimum 2 years of cooking experience/cook apprentice experience is required (Preferably Japanese Cooking experience)
- Completion of Secondary School is required
- Cook certificate or college diploma in cooking is preferred
Duties as a Japanese cuisine cook:
- Prepare/cook Japanese food
- Prepare and make the sauces used in the restaurant
- Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen’s hygiene
