Gene Coffee Bar is seeking a F/T Café Manager.

Job Description

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $33.00~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Plan and manage the daily operations of the bar.
2. Decide on the types of services to offer and put operational procedures in place.
3. Hire new staff and manage their training.
4. Create staff schedules and keep track of their performance.
5. Manage inventory, keep an eye on sales, and develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, and cleaning supplies.
6. Handle customer complaints and ensure the business follows health and safety rules.
7. Work out agreements with suppliers for food and other necessary items.
8. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
