Job summary
A leading professional services firm in Calgary is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist. You will troubleshoot SailPoint issues, lead incident calls, and ensure incident resolution within defined SLAs. Required skills include 4+ years with Identity Management solutions and a good understanding of 24/7 operations. This position offers a competitive salary range of CAD $82,300 to $137,000 annually plus potential bonuses.

- 4+ years hands on experience in Identity Management solution, SailPoint.
- Good to have SailPoint certification.
- Deep understanding of Joiner, Mover, and Leaver’s process.
- Willing to learn other security products.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to SailPoint.
- Lead incident calls with diverse stakeholders.
- Document problem solutions in knowledge base.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support via rotational schedule.
- Fetch weekly reports and present to diverse stakeholders.
