POSITION: Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator
DESCRIPTION: Precede Occupational Health Services is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator to join our Calgary team. This position will support Precede’s Business operations, with the hours of work being approximately 30-40 hours per week in an in-person office work setting. The ideal candidate will work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service to our clients while also performing several duties as an office administrator.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Expected responsibilities of the chosen candidate will include:
Additional Position requirements (Office Administration)
Working with supply management supervisor to send supplies to third party clinics via several different shipping methods including but not limited to Purolator, FedEx, and Canada post.
Tracking, filing, and keeping record of supplies on hand and supplies sent to third parties.
Working with CSR department to ensure third parties have Precede drug testing supplies and making sure all requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
