Receives and responds, via telephone to client service requests, inquiries and problems listed below (not a limited list). Maintains an accurate and complete record of all inquiries and problems handled. Operates a personal computer, mainframe, software packages and front end programs related to the client.
Onsite initially with the potential to be moved to a hybrid model dependant on performance. Based out of the Toronto HQ, ON.
