Reports to: Café Supervisor and Chef de Cuisine
The Café Prep Cook works within our Café Team at Moraine Lake Lodge (MLL) to produce and deliver finely crafted grab-and-go menu offerings for the Café at MLL. Main duties include prepping and assembling café luncheon items, cooking soups, and baking pastries. This position requires an early morning start time to prepare for the hundreds of guests who visit the Café every day and requires some front of house duties.
We offer subsidized on-site housing for all team members (private rooms for senior positions and shared for entry level positions).
Wage: $22-25 per hour.
