Overview:
Our client is looking to add a skilled BA to support their AML Program.
What you must have:
- 5+ years BA Experience
- Creative & Visual Thinker
- Strong Facilitation & Team Leadership
- Critical Thinking & Systems Thinking
- Ability to navigate between Business Objectives, Regulatory Compliance, Business Rules, and Functional Details
- Well versed in Requirements Management
- Experience with Atlassian Suite Jira & Confluence
- Competence with SQL and Data Analysis
- Financial Services Experience an asset (nice to have but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering Regulations and Processes an asset (nice to have but not mandatory)
