We are currently in search of an experienced and dynamic Cage Manager (cashier services) to oversee our gaming facility's financial transactions. This pivotal role encompasses the management of cash handling, credit operations, and customer financial services within our facility's operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial management, preferably within a gaming or similar environment, a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, and exceptional leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management and Oversight:
- Ensure all financial transactions within the facility's operations are conducted with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage significant cash flows, maintaining stringent handling, counting, and storage protocols as per regulatory and company guidelines.
- Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk.
Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:
- Uphold strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
- Maintain precise records and generate reports for regulatory agencies as mandated.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes affecting gaming operations and implement procedural updates accordingly.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team, promoting exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive coaching and career development opportunities.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace environment conducive to professional growth.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Supervise customer transactions, ensuring outstanding service quality, particularly for VIP guests.
- Efficiently resolve any disputes related to financial transactions.
- Strategize on enhancing customer satisfaction within financial service interactions.
Operational Excellence:
- Formulate and enforce operational policies and procedures for financial transactions.
- Liaise with security, surveillance, and other operational departments to ensure a unified approach to facility management.
- Leverage technology and systems to streamline operations and enhance reporting capabilities.
Position Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in financial management or cage operations, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial transaction laws applicable to the gaming industry.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and French considered an asset.
- Experience with management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
