What you must have:

• 5+ years BA Experience
• Creative & Visual Thinker
• Strong Facilitation & Team Leadership
• Critical Thinking & Systems Thinking
• Ability to navigate between Business Objectives, Regulatory Compliance, Business Rules, and Functional Details
• Well versed in Requirements Management
• Experience with Atlassian Suite Jira & Confluence
• Competence with SQL and Data Analysis
• Financial Services Experience an asset (nice to have but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering Regulations and Processes an asset (nice to have but not mandatory)
