Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Supplier Management QA Analyst working in T&O’s Supplier Management Office (SMO). You will be enabling quality assurance on T&O’s third-party due diligence within RBC’s SRMA (Supplier Risk Management Application) system equipping the business and our partners with meaningful insights and actionable advice on their third-party engagements.
This role is essential in supporting the identification and mitigation of inaccuracy in our third-party engagements. As a result of work performed as part of this role, you will greatly contribute towards the implementation aimed at improving of our data and by extension the critical aspects of our portfolio.
Your expertise will be crucial in driving change and overall improvement across the T&Os organization’s approach to theirs SRMAs. The position will offer opportunities to work across the T&O SMO, our businesses, and make a significant impact to our overall portfolio.
