We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Strategy Director to join our innovative team. With 7+ years of agency experience in social and integrated strategy, you will be responsible for crafting and executing transformative social strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement while driving measurable business outcomes for our clients. You will collaborate closely with creative, account, and production teams to deliver compelling campaigns.

Responsibilities

● Identify/Leverage Trends + Develop Strategic Insights: Stay ahead of emerging trends and translate them into actionable strategies for clients. Create comprehensive social strategies based on audience insights, platform dynamics, and client objectives.
● Brand Positioning Strategy: Design and oversee marketing campaigns that effectively integrate brand messaging, ensuring consistency and coherence. Develop and refine brand positioning strategies that clearly articulate our brand’s unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
● Craft Engaging Creative Briefs: Develop inspiring and clear briefs that empower the creative team to produce compelling content.
● Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement brand strategies that integrate seamlessly across all channels and touchpoints.
● Develop high-impact strategic decks and frameworks: Translate data, insights, and brand goals into compelling, digestible, and actionable recommendations for clients and teams.
● Senior Stakeholder Persuasion: Present strategic recommendations persuasively to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, inspiration, and alignment with business objectives.
● Guide Content Strategy: Provide strategic oversight during the content development process, ensuring alignment with overarching goals.
● Lead Always-On Strategy Development: Manage the implementation of effective, continuous social media strategies, confidently advising on content, platform selection, and measurement approaches.
● Evaluate Social Media Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, offering regular insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
● Advocate for Social and Digital Integration: Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive execution of social media initiatives. Promote innovative, integrated approaches to social strategy across all projects.
● Mentor and Develop Talent: Provide guidance and support to junior strategists, ensuring high-quality execution of social strategies.
● Continuously Innovate: Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving platform capabilities, making proactive recommendations for enhancements.
