As a Retail Media Manager, reporting to our Retail Director, you will be a key contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your key responsibilities will include activation & optimization, reporting & insights, testing & data analysis, and client communication across highly complex retail accounts. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and improve retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon)
2. Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
3. Independently complete BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting
4. Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and applicable performance insights
5. Work with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication
6. Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign objectives
7. Stay up to date with new tools, trends, and best practices

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience working in retail media, preferably in an agency setting
2. Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP)
3. Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue
4. Strong track record of managing complex retail media budgets
5. Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends
6. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets & can produce high-quality documents)
