We are currently looking for a professional Waitress to join a resort in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and will serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet Customers: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
2. Take Orders: Accurately record customer orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
3. Serve Food & Beverages: Deliver orders to tables in a timely and courteous manner.
4. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure customers' dining experience is pleasant by addressing needs, checking on satisfaction, and responding to special requests.
5. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep tables, chairs, and the dining area clean and organized.
6. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
7. Handle Transactions: Process customer payments and provide change when necessary.
8. Follow Health & Safety Standards: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
9. Assist with Setup & Breakdown: Set up dining areas before service and clean up after service, including restocking supplies as needed.
10. Upsell: Recommend menu items and promote specials to enhance the customer dining experience and increase sales.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Previous experience (6 months to 1 year) as a receptionist or in a customer service role is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

• Previous Experience: Prior experience as a Waitress or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays of food and drinks for extended periods.
