Waiter

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your role will involve providing professional, friendly, and attentive service while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and taking orders efficiently.

3. Ensure tables are set up, cleaned, and maintained throughout service.
4. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer guest inquiries.
5. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

7. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a hotel or fine dining environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
6. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
