Role: Specification Head / Specification Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Specification Head / Specification Manager will be responsible for heading the Specification team in the company, building relationships with designers and architects, and generating specifications through related activities. This role focuses on engaging directly with design professionals to integrate company products into various projects.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, and developers.
2. Meetings and Presentations: Organize meetings and presentations focused on product details, technical features, and services.
3. Market Monitoring: Monitor project specifications and track competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.
4. Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the Sales department on projects specified and provide support throughout the tender stage.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL

• Specialized / Technical Knowledge: Sales skills, communication skills, and public relations knowledge preferred.
• Total Work Experience: 5+ Years
• Relevant Work Experience: Experience in sales, specification, business development, or interior design.
