Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Techno Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 F&O - to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into scalable and efficient technical and financial solutions within the Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations, customizations, and integrations.
Solution Design & Development:
- Analyze business processes and requirements to design technical solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Develop customizations using X++, extensions, and integrations with other systems.
- Create and modify forms, tables, workflows, and reports in Dynamics 365 F&O.
Implementation & Integration:
- Configure and deploy Dynamics 365 F&O solutions in line with client requirements.
- Integrate F&O with other Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Platform, Azure) and third-party systems.
- Utilize Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Data Entities for seamless integrations.
Data Management & Migration:
- Perform data migration tasks, including mapping, cleansing, and loading data into Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Use Data Management Framework (DMF) for bulk imports and exports.
Customizations & Performance Optimization:
- Extend and enhance F&O capabilities using extensions rather than over-layering.
- Optimize application performance by analyzing and troubleshooting code issues.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and business users to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical support, issue resolution, and user training during and after project delivery.
Documentation:
- Create detailed technical design documents, deployment guides, and user manuals.
Maintain a knowledge base of technical solutions and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Expertise:
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing innovative and efficient technical and financial solutions within the Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012).
- Proficiency in X++, MorphX, and Visual Studio development tools.
- Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services) for deployments and environment management.
- Understanding of the Data Management Framework (DMF) and Data Entities.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure cloud services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
Customizations & Integration:
- Expertise in creating customizations, extensions, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience with integrations using REST APIs, OData, and dual write.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamworking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O technical certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500) are highly desirable.
Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O or CRM.
- Experience in full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
