Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in RUST programming language for Software Engineer.
2. Minimum 8 years of development and design experience in RUST programming language for Senior Software Engineer.
3. Work experience with Rust and a solid foundation with C or Java.
4. Ability to write robust, highly efficient, reliable code.
5. Experience writing multithreaded applications.
6. Experience in Microservices Design Patterns: (CQRS, SAGA, Circuit Breaker, API Gateway, Service Discovery, etc.)
7. Hands-on experience in profiling tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace for performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.
8. Understanding of containerization, experienced in Docker and Kubernetes.
9. Benchmark performance, identify performance bottlenecks, and find ways to resolve them.
10. Write backend code that is fast, reliable, and highly secure.
11. Strong understanding of ownership model, concurrency, and memory management.
12. Extensive working experience using structs, traits, cargo, and smart pointers in RUST.
13. Extensive understanding/working experience with popular crates, build, and deployment of production-grade applications.
14. Extensive coding experience with SOLID principles, Event Driven Architecture (Kafka), MongoDB, Redis, and a passion for coding.
15. Good hands-on experience with design patterns (Creational/Structural/Behavioral) and their implementation.
16. Well versed with CI/CD principles, actively involved in solving and troubleshooting issues in a distributed services ecosystem.
17. Good experience in Quality gate tools like SonarQube, Checkmarks/Fortify.
18. Familiar with distributed services resiliency and monitoring in a production environment.
19. Exposed to API gateway integrations like 3Scale, Kong, etc.
20. Understanding of Single Sign-on or token-based authentication (Rest, JWT, OAuth).
21. Experience in following best coding security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices.
22. Experience in banking, financial, and Fintech sectors in an enterprise environment preferred.
23. Experience in Agile methodology.
24. Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
25. Self-motivator and self-starter, able to own and drive projects without supervision, and work collaboratively with teams across the organization.
26. Excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present ideas to senior and executive management.
