The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree and at least 20 years in a senior role, leading emergency works and managing projects in coastal environments. Strong communication skills and proficiency in relevant software are crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • 20 years of experience in a senior-level position.
  • Full knowledge of the existing infrastructure in Dubai.
  • Familiar with DM General Conditions of Contract.
  • Strong time management and supervisory skills.
  • Proven ability to prepare technical documentation.
