We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales by effectively converting leads into loyal clients.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets while nurturing strong customer relationships.

• Make outbound calls to generate new leads and promote our products/services.
• Clearly communicate our offerings and their value to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions.
• Accurately manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Address customer objections and provide effective solutions to close deals.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and drive repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen sales pitches.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training.

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Resilient, positive attitude, and able to handle rejection effectively.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Languages Required: English and Hindi (Additional languages are a plus).
