Projects Sales Manager - Retail Interior Fitout

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Fit-Out Project Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the complete sales process for retail fit-out projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of retail fit-out projects that meet both the client’s requirements and budget expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the retail fit-out industry with minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE. Arabic speaking is a must with UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify potential retail fit-out opportunities and establish long-term business relationships with retail brands, developers, and contractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
• Understand client needs, recommend appropriate fit-out solutions, and present proposals that align with their goals and budget.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure clear communication with clients to meet expectations.
• Collaborate with the design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure the seamless execution of retail fit-out projects.
• Monitor the project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure that projects are completed as planned.
• Work with project managers to address any challenges or issues that may arise during project execution.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
• Work closely with internal teams (design, procurement, project management) to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or project management within the retail fit-out industry in UAE.

Strong understanding of retail fit-out processes, project management, and design principles.

Arabic speaking is a must with UAE driving license.
