Job Description

Span of Control: Up to fifteen sales officers

To be successful as a Sales Officer, you should be persuasive and knowledgeable of UAE credit cards and Personal Loans. Ultimately, an outstanding Sales Officer should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills always.

Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Call Customers from the lists given by Soulwallet and sell credit cards, personal loan and bank account products.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Call customers to explain company products and source leads for credit cards and personal loans.
• Answer customers' questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

Tele Sales Team Leader Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 to 2 years of credit card / loans / accounts / insurance tele sales experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Exceptional selling skills.
• Maintain a pleasant personality at all times.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Languages: Fluent in English (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic is a plus)

Nationality: Indian, Philippines, Arabic, Pakistani
