Overview of the role:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales targets, all while enhancing the customer service experience and fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients.

What you will do:

1. Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets, optimizing business profitability by focusing on both net sales and gross margin. Utilize discounts strategically as a tool to close deals effectively.
2. Conduct regular customer visits and field assessments to understand business needs, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Present and demonstrate trucks by clearly explaining their features, capabilities, and specifications. Offer test drives and inform customers about warranties and services.
4. Maintain an unwavering focus on exceeding customer satisfaction across all interactions.
5. Reach out to prospective customers and manage assigned accounts within the designated territory.
6. Monitor and ensure that overdue payments stay within the agreed-upon limits.
7. Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and refresher courses, ensuring you are informed of new product offerings. Notify the Sales Manager or Branch Manager if additional training is needed.

Required Skills to be successful:

1. At least 2 years of experience in a sales role within a Commercial Vehicle dealership.
2. A valid UAE Driving License.
3. Previous experience with commercial truck or truck equipment sales is highly preferred.
4. Familiarity with the UAE or GCC market is an advantage.
5. Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, directly reporting to the Sales Manager. The work environment is diverse and encourages collaboration.

2. Strong proficiency with PC software, particularly Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
