Job Description

Essential Functions

1. Lead and manage a sales team consisting of Senior Account Executives.
2. Execute sales strategies specifically focused on a named set of enterprise customers and prospects.
3. Identify new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic eco-system partners.
5. Collaborate with Pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product roadmap and customer needs.
6. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to sales activities.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering. Advanced degree preferred.
2. 15 years of successful experience in Enterprise Software sales and leadership in the Middle-East Market.
3. Experience managing and leading a seasoned sales team, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong business-value based understanding of process, GRC, and process mining or related technologies.
5. Excellent knowledge of industry standards, trends, and best practices.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building successful business relationships.
7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
