Job summary
A leading specialty retail and distribution company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive. This role involves driving retail and B2B sales, managing a small sales team, and strengthening partnerships. The ideal candidate has proven experience in retail/B2B sales, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer engagement abilities. The position requires a data-driven mindset, and the working schedule includes six days a week with eight-hour shifts. Competitive salary from 5000 to 6000 AED per month.

A well-established and fast-growing specialty retail & distribution business in Dubai is looking to hire an experienced Sales Specialist for Dubai location.
The Sales Specialist will act as the senior sales lead on the ground, responsible for:
- Driving retail and B2B sales performance
- Managing and developing a small sales team
- Strengthening B2B partnerships and distribution
- Supporting system upgrades and operational improvements
- Working closely with senior leadership on expansion initiatives
- Drive combined retail and B2B sales in line with monthly targets
- Actively manage the shop floor, VIP customers, and key accounts
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities and partnerships
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and adapt strategies
- Lead weekly sales huddles and set clear objectives
- Coach and mentor Sales Executives and Assistants
- Monitor individual performance and provide regular feedback
- Plan staff schedules and coverage based on sales trends
- Manage and grow existing B2B accounts
- Build and maintain a structured B2B sales pipeline
- Prepare sales presentations and commercial proposals
- Develop recurring revenue streams and long-term partnerships
- Support transition between POS and ERP systems
- Ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking
- Document sales processes and contribute to training materials
- Provide sales input on retail layout, product mix, and inventory planning
- Support procurement with demand forecasts and recommendations
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, trade shows, and business planning
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to senior leadership
- 6 working days per week
- 8-hour shifts within shop operating hours
- Weekly off: Sunday
- Proven experience in retail and/or B2B sales
- Background in specialty retail, lifestyle, or distribution preferred
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent customer engagement and negotiation abilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience using POS / sales systems
