Client: Consulting Firm

Role: Public Sector Consultant with 35 years of experience to join Client's high-performing Consulting Team; previous experience in MBB Consulting is required.

Main tasks:

1. Lead/Support digital transformation projects in delivering innovative and technology-driven solutions across the Public Sector.
2. Prepare high-quality, visually compelling presentations and proposals for clients, delivering impactful reports, documents, and data visualizations demonstrating digital growth potential and transformation outcomes.
3. Present digital solutions and transformation strategies to senior management and client stakeholders, highlighting opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, IoT, data analytics, and automation.
4. Assist the project team with client relationship management, digital needs identification, and proposal preparation, emphasizing tailored digital solutions and transformation frameworks.

Qualifications:

1. 35 years of experience in Management Strategy at a top-tier consulting firm.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
3. MBA (Master of Business Administration) focusing on digital strategy, innovation, or technology management preferred.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and unparalleled attention to detail.
6. Arabic Speaking is required.

Workload/Location: Abu Dhabi, on-ground, full-time.

Engagement: 6 months, permanent (if successful).

Start date: Research very URGENT; immediately available candidates preferred.
