Supervising the search for qualified candidates using various channels such as digital recruitment platforms and professional networks.
Managing interview processes and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments, and personal interviews.
Accurately evaluating candidate information including resumes and contact details using applicant tracking systems.
Designing and developing personal interview questions that reflect the requirements of each job to ensure the selection of the best talents.
Facilitating internal nomination and promotion processes to ensure that vacancies are filled with qualified talents and to support the career development of employees.
Ensuring full compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and best practices in recruitment processes.
Performing any additional tasks directed by the direct manager to support recruitment objectives.
Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience is required.
