Job Title: HR Generalist, Medical Equipment Supplier (Dubai)
Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the human resources function within our dynamic medical equipment supply company. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration—including corporate insurance programs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture that supports our operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. - Employee Relations & Engagement:
Cultivate a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Address and resolve employee concerns, ensuring a collaborative and productive workplace. - Performance Management:
Design and manage performance appraisal systems tailored to the organization’s needs.
Work with department heads to set performance objectives and provide regular feedback. - Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Oversee payroll administration and manage comprehensive benefits programs.
Administer and optimize corporate insurance policies (health, life, and workmen’s compensation). - Training & Development:
Identify training needs and implement professional development programs.
Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance. - Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and industry standards.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. - Strategic HR Planning:
Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management, preferably within the medical equipment, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing corporate insurance programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
