About Our Client:

Experience and Competencies Requirements:

  1. Minimum 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a C-suite or executive HR role.
  2. Proven expertise in driving HR transformations, including workforce planning, digitalization, and change management.
  3. Strong background in corporate governance, succession planning, and leadership development.
  4. Deep understanding of total rewards strategies, compensation structures, and executive compensation frameworks.
  5. Proficiency in leveraging HR technology, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and data-driven decision-making.
  6. Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  7. Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with corporate vision and objectives.

Functional Description:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business objectives and enhances organizational performance.
  2. Lead and oversee all corporate support functions, including HR, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Administration, and Corporate Affairs.
  3. Drive enterprise-wide transformation, ensuring optimal workforce planning, operational efficiency, and cultural alignment.
  4. Design and implement innovative talent acquisition and leadership development programs to build a future-ready workforce.
  5. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
  6. Spearhead HR digitalization efforts, maximizing ERP capabilities and leveraging analytics for strategic decision-making.
  7. Develop robust total rewards and performance management frameworks that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  8. Partner with the executive team to shape corporate policies, risk management strategies, and governance structures.
  9. Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
  10. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations on human capital trends and workforce planning.
