We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to manage our online presence, websites, and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires expertise in website management, SEO, paid media, digital campaigns and social media execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with marketing expertise, a passion for innovation, and a strategic mindset for developing campaigns and ideas that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website & Digital Presence: Maintain and update company websites, including CMS management, minor coding, and UX optimization. Optimize website content for SEO & SEM, ensuring strong search rankings and visibility. Implement website tracking, reporting, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms).
2. Digital Marketing & Performance: Plan and execute Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising campaigns. Manage email marketing campaigns, automation, and database segmentation (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Track KPIs and prepare reports to measure campaign success, optimize strategies, and adjust as needed.
3. Ad-Hoc Marketing Projects & Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist in ad-hoc marketing projects as required, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals. Collaborate with other business divisions to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives.
Contribute to the branding and campaign creation process, helping develop compelling and creative concepts.
