Job summary
A leading e-commerce platform in Dubai is looking for an IT Support Technician to ensure smooth IT operations across retail stores and warehouses. The role involves providing technical support, managing IT assets, and ensuring minimal downtime. Candidates should have experience with Active Directory, Intune, and Cisco Meraki. Strong problem-solving skills and a valid UAE driving license are required. This position is essential for maintaining IT infrastructure in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.
- Experience with Intune and other MDM platforms.
- Practical knowledge of Cisco Meraki network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
