Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Crypto & Web3

Location: Remote

Full-Time Role

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and execute the operational strategy of a high-growth crypto and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization project. As a key member of the founding team, you will drive product development, strategic execution, and overall project management, ensuring rapid and sustainable scaling in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations, strategy, and execution for a crypto-native organization.
• Lead product development from hypothesis testing to commercialization.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy in collaboration with product, marketing, legal, and business teams.
• Build and manage operational infrastructure for efficiency and scalability.
• Own financial planning, budgeting, and project tracking.
• Lead recruitment and team structuring to optimize project success.
• Ensure seamless execution of new DeFi and RWA initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3 startups
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in DeFi or blockchain-based financial products
• Experience leading new product development from hypothesis testing to launch
• Deep understanding of DeFi, tokenization, and blockchain technology
• High-level English proficiency

Nice to Have

• Experience in token issuance and management
• Background in financial strategy, governance, or compliance
