Requirements:

• English (at least Intermediate) + knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian;
• at least 1 year's experience in the gamedev/art industry;
• strong knowledge in CRM and time management systems;
• the ability to plan, structure, automate your work;
• responsibility, organization, punctuality, ability to work in a remote team.

Responsibilities:

• systematization of processes within the studio;
• planning and control of productions for many customers and teams (more than 120 performers and 20 customers at a time);
• setting tasks and interaction with other departments of the company;
• working with CRM and communications software (Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Asana, Slack, etc.);
• working with numbers and metrics analysis;
• maintenance of project documentation;
• quality control of projects;
• team development.

Would Be An Advantage:
