We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to be based in Dubai.

Primary Tasks
  • Full ownership of all HR operations employee relations and labor compliance within the country
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the local leadership team
  • Align local HR practices with global HR policies adapted to local legislation and workforce needs
  • Lead the local HR team
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and workplace safety standards
  • Manage employee relations and act as the first point of contact for managers and staff
  • Oversee recruitment onboarding and offboarding in alignment with global HR processes
  • Support managers in performance and people management
  • Implement and adapt global/regional HR policies locally
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with market standards
  • Liaise with finance payroll and external service providers as needed
  • Promote an inclusive performance-driven culture
  • Provide HR data insights and reports to local and global stakeholders
  • Support leadership development and local talent initiatives
Experience & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of national labor laws and employment practices
  • Experience with end-to-end HR operations (payroll benefits employment lifecycle etc.)
  • Ability to balance strategic insight and hands-on HR execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and PowerPoint) is required
  • Experience with HR software HRIS is preferred
