We are currently looking for a HSE Officer to join our Head Office team:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Safety, Environmental Science).
2. NEBOSH certification (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health); additional safety certifications are a plus.
3. ISO 45001:2018 internal auditor certification is preferred.
4. 2–5 years of experience in health and safety roles, preferably within the food and beverage industry.

1. Risk Assessment: Ability to identify hazards and assess risks in various work environments.
2. Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Familiarity with OSHA, local regulations, environmental laws, and industry standards.
3. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate safety standards and procedures to all levels of staff.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing safety issues and finding practical solutions, incident management, auditing, and analytical tasks.
5. Leadership: Leading safety initiatives and ensuring company-wide safety compliance.
6. Attention to Detail: Identifying potential hazards or discrepancies that others might miss.
7. Computer Literacy: Familiarity with software related to risk management, data analysis, and reporting (e.g., Excel, hazard analysis software).
