As part of the HR Division, you will handle candidate screening, liaise with the Management Team, and ensure quality service to employees. The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified and has a solid HR background with knowledge of UAE labour laws. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven track record within a HR capacity.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full recruitment service to Business Managers.
  • Liaise with Management Team regarding manpower plans.
  • Update company website with vacancies and screen candidates.
  • Support HR Team with various HRIS updates and projects.
